Was great to catch up with a few of the lads up at The Engine Block in Dublin - first time I've ever been there where it hasn't rained!

I'm only recently back in the Irish CRX scene so raging I missed this meet. That place looks like a good spot. Ireland definitely needs a few more places like Caffeine & Machine. Is there much apatite for CRX meets these days? I noticed a few cars for sale on DoneDeal over the past few months so hopefully those cars find new owners with a fresh interest in this forum. I was at Cars & Coffee in Limerick last weekend and a Porsche owner I know said that the Porsche Club Ireland often pick a random C&C event around the country and all agree to meet there. Not sure if that's been done here before but something worth considering.

Welcome back Rory, If I had known you had a CRX again I'd have txt you about this meet.

There is always an appetite for meets but a lack of organisation so it usually ends up as a thrown together last minute setup. It would be great to have a load of CRXs from all over the country meet up as they are really spread out hence Dublin is usually the most convenient location for everyone but with a bit of foresight we could definitely have a decent all Ireland meet-up

Smaller meets that piggy back on Cars and Coffee are easy sort too on shorter notice and more local locations

Think its probably worth trying to be a bit more organised for 2024 - could easily do one or two drives, and The Engine Block are pretty open to hosting events too.
