Well since I aim to run my CRX on Modball this June (www.modball.com), Im finally gonna get it all done.. The car has hardly seen any road in the last year and 10months
This is due to a few things but mainly the weekend of the rally of the lakes 2007 the power steering belt snapped and the badly knocking inner CV joint/ gearbox finally pissed me off so much that I parked it and left it[:I]Now almost two years on its time to get it to the way it should be..

I bought the car on the 10th of august 2005!! It was almost completely standard appart from some crappy TSW 16" alloys.. I soon set about cleaning it up getting the handeling and look right on the car.
While I was modding I wanted to put in the best possible parts regardless of cost since I dont EVER intend on selling it so here were the parts I had fitted before it was left sitting:

Genuine EF8 Stanley Yellow Fogs
TEIN Super Street coilovers
Red Bride Brix Drivers seat
Black Recaro passengers seat
Apexi RSM
Mugen RNR 15" Wheels
Nardi Steering Wheel
Razo Gearknob
RSR Cat Back exhaust
De-Cat
Fujitsubo EF8 Manifold
NGK Leads
Mugen Oil Cap
Standard airbox refitted and K&N Filter
Custom Front camber adjusters
Spoon Red Wheel nuts

Now there were some parts that needed attention but I never got around to so heres the snag list to get sorted:

-Clutch: Dont know when the clutch was ever replaced and teh one that since it is slipping slightly anyway so ne one needed
-Gearbox: The car has an original Y1 box with LSD but its gringing between gears as usual for this age of a car
-Brakes: The disks are badly grooved and there is a a few hairline cracks on the front and teh pads are pretty much gone too
-Engine: It has 250k kms on it so is understandably a little smokey, it still pulls strong but I want the car like new and the top of the rad is cracked so leaks a little water..
-Bodywork: Is very good to be honest no serious rust or marks anywhere but there is some stone chips and a very light bulge on the drivers side wing and passengers door.. The front bumper had also been cut up a bit buy some previous owner to fit some crappy fogs..
-Suspension: Is pretty ok with the coilovers and front camber but a full bushing kit and some chassis strengthening would be more in line too

So with a heafty ammount of work ahead not only getting the car sorted and on the road reliable I also want it with all the extras to make it suitable for track and have it looking well..

So the parts I have managed to gather up so far:
-Complete engine rebuilt kit comprising of B16b domed 81.5mm (0.5 overbore) pistons and rings all main bearings, seals gaskets etc
-Reconditioned Cable gearbox (until I get the Y1 rebuilt)
-Endless rear brake Pads (fronts and disks on the way)
-ORC Ogura 309 clutch and flywheel
-Cusco Chromoly 6point rollcage
-J's Racing Carbon/Kevlar Intake
-J's Racing Front lip
-Seibon Carbon (mugen style) rear spoiler
-DEFI Gauges (oil pressure/temp water temp and link meter)
-Greddy Sandwich Plate
-J's Blue/Green Rocker cover
-Spoon Carbon/Kevlar Plug cover
-HKS Iridium Plugs
-Spoon Gearknob
-Seibon Carbon Bonnet
-Seibon Carbon Wings
-Bride Stradia Carbon/Kevlar seat

I think thats pretty much where I am at the minute with parts but every day now Ill hopefully update that list with what I get/fit/order for it and have it back motoring asap..

Yesterday I removed the whole aircon setup and started removing all the parts so I could get into the engine to drop it for the rebuild.
Front brake disks/pads/calipers removed too

Will get Pics up in a while of the work as its coming along and the collection of parts[^]

Paul

Here it was a week after I bought it:

Here it is before the work started yesterday
